How can I track my order?

We strive to process and ship orders promptly within 24-48 hours of placement. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information. Upon receiving the dispatch email, you will find detailed tracking information to monitor the progress of your order. Simply use the provided tracking details to track your package through our delivery partner's website.

You can also easily track your order by clicking on this link to our portal and fill in you name and e-mail.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our products are made on demand by our supplier, helping us reduce waste and minimize environmental impact. By producing only what’s ordered, we avoid overproduction and unnecessary inventory, contributing to a more sustainable future.

Also, we have short lines of communication with our supplier, who process and produce your orders within 2-3 business days. After that, the order will be shipped and you will receive a tracking link to keep track of the shipment status of your order.

Below, the shipment times for some countries are listed as an indication and reference for shipment times to other countries:

France: 4-9 days
Germany/Italy: 5-10 days
Spain/Netherlands: 6-12 days
UK: 4-9 days
USA: 2-7 days
Canada: 6-12 days

The estimated shipping duration as stated in the check out and on our shipping page commences from the day your order is dispatched.

As we move fast it is not possible to make changes or cancel your order after it being placed. In case you do require assistance from us about receiving your order, we are here to assist you. Please contact our Customer Support team for any inquiries.

What is your refund policy?

We use a return period of 14 days during which the customer may return his or her package without giving any reason. These 14 days start when the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 14 days.

Return conditions
All returned items must be unworn and in its original state.

For items purchased in the sale, Anovair does not offer the possibility for a refund. These items can only be exchanged for another item from the collection or can be redeemed for store credit.

The return costs are borne for the cusomter.

How do I make a return?

Making a return is easy. Here's what you need to do:

1. Within 14 days of receiving your order, head to the 'Returns' section under customer care on the website. From there, go to our return center and create your return from there.
2. Our team will promptly provide you with return instructions after you requested your return.
3. Follow the provided instructions from our customer service to complete the return process.

How long will it take to receive a refund?

Once you’ve sent your items back to us, you should receive your refund within 10 working days after the items have reached our address.

You can track the progress of your return using the provided track and trace of your chosen carrier which indicates when the package reaches our warehouse. The 10-workday processing period commences from this point onward. Once the refund has been issued, you will receive a notification. Please be aware that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account. If you haven’t received your refund in this timeframe, please fill in the contact from or e-mail us so we can investigate this for you.

Can I make an exchange?

Yes, you can make an exchange! We will send the first exchange from our warehouse for free. For any subsequent exchanges, you will be required to cover the cost of delivery.

Simply follow these steps:

1. Fill in our return form within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.
2. Provide details about the item(s) you wish to exchange and the reason for the exchange.
3. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
4. Follow the provided instructions to complete the exchange process.
5. Once we receive your returned item(s), we'll process the exchange and send out your replacement item(s) as soon as possible.

International:Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns for the exchanges. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot exchange lost returns
