Refund policy
At Anovair, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Once your return request is approved, item(s) must be shipped back to us within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed and in its original Anovair packaging and plastic bag with barcode. Any items with signs of wear like stains, holes or certain scents (human or perfumy) caused by the customer will be rejected and thus are not eligible for a return.

Return costs
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on returns; however, all return costs including shipping fees, are borne by the customer.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item. Please ensure you follow our return instructions carefully, as returns must be sent to our return address in Belgium.
Any applicable duties or taxes for non-EU countries are already included in the return label fee, so you won’t incur any additional charges afterward.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange, make sure to submit your return as an exchange request. Once your return is approved and dropped off, we'll process you're exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the costs of the product(s) will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
